+ Architected & Implemented multi-tenant environment providing WaaS/DaaS, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, DRaaS and SECaaS to customers throughout North America.

+ Established service offerings, pricing, integration and contracts with Dell Services to resell our cloud services.

+ Led several industry experts in SDN (Software-Defined Networking) implementation integrations.

+ Architected and implemented new POD design reducing monthly licensing & infrastructure costs by over 68%

2009 – 2012 EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT – DiscoverTec

+ Managed IT sales, service and support for the organization including; Professional Services, Managed Services, Website Hosting (1000+ domains) and Cloud Services.

+ Architected HA web farms providing several high-profile clients with always-on availability and security. One specific attack (DDOS) targeted the FBI, DOJ, CIA and two clients; our clients continued normal operations while the other targets took 9+ hours to stabilize.

+ Created IP and service offerings for White Label resale to Executive Business Centers

+ Sales, service and support for Managed & Consultative Services provided to clientele

2003 – 2008 VICE PRESIDENT/OWNER – Counter Active

+ Grew the business from $340k annual revenue to 6.5 million annual revenue within five years though technology and automation.

+ Total automation of manufacturing process – Custom developed, implemented and supported BackOffice and MRP applications utilizing Microsoft Server , MS SQL Server , SharePoint Portal Server , MS Exchange Server , Captaris Right Fax , MS Project Server , Symantec Endpoint, VMware Server, Windows Terminal Server, Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise and CNC/CAM postprocessors.

+ Designed, implemented and managed all production and lab environment;(93 servers)throughout the enterprise including 24×7 Support for WANS/LANS, Cisco Routers & Switches, VPN, Checkpoint Firewalls Backup & Disaster Recovery, Microsoft Servers, MSSQL, MS Exchange, SharePoint& Portal Server, Project Server, BizTalk Server, Sun Solaris Servers, BSDI, Unix, AS/400,DB2, Websphere; VMWare Virtualization Servers and Mercury Interactive Testing Suites

+ Architected and implemented several design and build Data Center installations and relocationsfor numerous Incubators & Venture Capital organizations

1994 1998 SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER – Soma Systems

+ Designed, built, implemented and supported 24×7 Network Operations Center/ Data Center supporting web based applications for 10,000+ users for the only ISP in Trinidad.

+ Chief Architect & systems engineer responsible for designing, provisioning, configuration and turn-up of all circuits & equipment configuration for our Application Hosting and Technology Services Company.

+ Hosted Server Farms for several large physicians clinics utilizing Citrix technologies and 19 Servers to complete the Server Farm

1992 – 1994 SYSTEMS ENGINEER – Jacksonville Internet Services

+ Architected and administered one of the largest regional ISP’s in the early 90’s. Directly responsible for 3000+ user network

+ Administered DNS, SendMail, web servers, 300+ modems, routers and Telco equipment. Commercial Website design.
